Polyimide Heat Resistant Tape uses polyester film as carrier , coated with single-sided or double-sided high-performance organic silicone adhesive. It can be used within a wide temperature range from -260°C (-452°F) to 260°C (500°F). This heat-resistant polyimide tape is suitable for high-temperature working conditions during wave soldering or reflow soldering of printed circuit boards, SMT surface mounting, transformer manufacturing, as well as fixing the positive and negative electrodes and ears of lithium batteries. It has been widely used in aerospace, aviation, marine, spacecraft, missile, rocket, atomic energy, and electronic electrical industries.
